Rodney Rudell: Project Engineer

Rodney has been in the petrochemical industry since 1985. He graduated from Alvin Community College in 1987 with an Associates in Science Degree in Business Administration and Mathematics. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1990 with his BS in Civil Engineering. He has been with SWR since 1985.

Carl Morris: Project Manager/ General Superintendent

Carl has been in the petrochemical industry since 1976 and a member of the IUBAC since 1977. He joined the SWR team in 2003 and is the out-of-town Project Manager and General Superintendent. He is an API Certified Refractory Inspector and specializes in Acid and Fire Brick. Carl and his crews have achieved 6 years OSHA free.

Peppie Vyoral: Project Manager/ General Superintendent

Peppie has been in the petrochemical industry since 1969 and a member of the IUBAC since 1974. He joined the SWR team in 1989 and is the local Project Manager and General Superintendent. He is an API Certified Refractory Inspector and specializes in Acid and Fire Brick. Peppie and his crews have achieved 6 years OSHA free.

Stanley Culwell: General Superintendent

Stanley has been in the petrochemical industry since 1985 and a member of the IUBAC since 1996. He joined the SWR team in 1996 and is a local and traveling General Superintendent.  Stanley  specializes in Gunnite work.  Stanley and his crews have been OSHA free for 13 years.

Paul Davenport: Shop Manager

Paul has been in the petrochemical industry since 1983 and a member of the IUBAC since 2002. He joined the SWR team in 2001. He manages all shop projects, deliveries and expediting. Paul holds a CDL and his CSST certification. Paul and his crews have achieved 8 years OSHA free.

Jim Probe: Safety Director

Jim has been in the refining and petrochemical industry as a Safety Director for 16 years. He has been with SWR since 2005. Throughout his tenure he has received several awards including guiding his company through the HBR audit process and winning best in category in 2001, 2003, and 2007. Jim is certified by NCCER as a safety trainer. He has guided SWR through 4 years of OSHA free work.

Kasi Hays: Office Manager

Kasi has been in the Accounting and Finance industry since 1999. She graduated with her BBA with an Accounting Focus in 2004 from Concordia University at Austin and a Master of Science in Accounting from University of Houston Clear Lake in 2009. She joined the SWR team in 2006. She manages the office staff, accounting and personnel.
